Child and Youth Care

Our Child and Youth Care Program provides daily support for individuals aged 17 and under who have experienced social, behavioral, and emotional challenges. We create a nurturing and structured environment tailored to meet their unique needs. Our approach is client-centered and integrates trauma-informed practices, ensuring that when working with children, youth, and families, we prioritize their safety, empowerment, and well-being.

Our team is dedicated to identifying trauma symptoms and creating personalized healing and recovery plans. We prioritize ensuring that clients feel safe, heard, empowered, and supported in our programs and youth facilities, recognizing the significance of their past and present experiences.

We prioritize inclusivity and cultural sensitivity, addressing the unique needs of culturally diverse clients. By incorporating the Circle of Courage model in our work with First Nations children, youth, and families, we foster an empowering and respectful environment. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child is valued and supported on their unique journey of growth and healing.

Our group homes are more than just a place to stay; they are communities where clients find a sense of belonging. Each home includes communal living spaces designed to foster strong bonds between clients and care professionals. Additionally, every child is provided with a private bedroom, allowing them to personalize their space and feel truly at home. We believe that our group homes should feel like their homes, providing comfort, safety, and a nurturing.
