Our Supportive Living Program offers individuals with developmental disabilities and complex needs the support they need to live safely and successfully in a space they can call their own. We assist with personal goals and objectives, ensuring that each person can enjoy the comfort and independence of their own space.

Our program is an excellent opportunity for these individuals to begin shaping their own life while staying connected to their family. Although they might have lived with family members before, our supported living environment allows them to maintain proximity to family while enjoying a place they can call their own. The primary goal of supported living is to foster greater independence in a safe environment, enabling your loved ones to adapt to a new way of life that aligns with their interests, personality, and goals.

Our supportive home atmosphere and staffing blend lifestyle choices with safety requirements to meet the needs of our residents. Our homes are staffed 24 hours a day by qualified and compassionate professionals trained to respond to the evolving needs and preferences of each resident. Each of our homes has a maximum of 3 residents for up and close care and support.

Located in residential neighborhoods across Edmonton, our homes emphasize community inclusion and involvement, fostering connections and engagement within the local community.

Services are offered to individuals aged 17 and above who have funding through Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) including Family Managed Services.

After the initial assessment, our team develops strategies to provide quality, consistent care that supports the individual in achieving their goals and leading a meaningful life. This process is reviewed annually and adjusted as needed to ensure the individual receives the most appropriate and effective care. All support and strategies are documented, with records retained for each person accessing our services.
